For the safety of your child and our team, we ask that any children under the age of 10 be supervised by another adult who is not receiving a service. We do ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or to make any changes to your appointment. Custom Colors require a 48-notice to cancel or to make any changes. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no showed is subject to be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, JADE cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your service.
