My car battery died on the morning of my appointment and I needed to be late. But Taylor on the phone and at the front desk made me feel so at ease. Tiegan was an amazing stylist, making me feel relaxed and speaking with me candidly about my hair and my needs. I appreciate that the cut began with a scalp massage and shampoo, all done by Tiegan. I’m going to start by saying I have never made a second/follow up hair appointment UNTIL Kari from Jade Salon cut my hair, and now I can’t stop going back. Sierra gave me the most wonderful facial yesterday. I\'m still glowing and feeling relaxed and beautiful the next day! She\'s very detail oriented. She noticed little things, like when I asked for a cold neck pillow, she turned the heated table off and told me she assumed I was hot natured based on this and she was correct. A great esthetician investigates their clients and tries to anticipate their needs. She did just that. She also has some really cool techniques that show she has her own unique touch and massage style. I\'ve had a fair few facials in my day and I felt some new facial techniques that I never felt before, like how she applied the mask etc. very nice. The facial itself was great, the combo of dermaplane with a plant based peel was amazing. All the products smelled Amazing! Definitely going to have to get another facial service with her.

The gals at the front desk are very well trained and you know you’re dealing with a professional outfit because of them even before you get to the salon.

I give Alexandria 5 stars for excellent service and haircut. However I do have an issue with pricing that I would like to share with the manager. When I booked my first appointment at Jade, I requested an entry level stylist with a $59 haircut, my appointment was booked, and at checkout I was told the cost was $69. I thought perhaps there was a mistake in scheduling. For my next haircut I was scheduled with a different stylist, again was told entry level stylist at $59, and was charged $69. I figured maybe there was an extra charge that I was not informed about due to me having long/thick hair. After my third haircut with Alexandria I was charged $89, which came to $109 with tip. I informed the employee at checkout that this was not the typical charge. She informed me that Alexandria had been promoted since my last haircut and was now a skilled stylist and therefore the price was now $89. I was never informed of this and because this is not in my budget it would not have proceeded with this haircut had I been informed of the new price. I feel I should have been informed of these prices ahead of time or the price that I was expecting should have been honored.

I LOVE Marlee. But my customer service experience with Rachel actually made me so angry I considered cancelling all future appointments for both myself and the three other family members that come to Jade. AMAZING! My appt was with Desiree☺️ so professional, the first time I have truly enjoyed getting my hair done. Which says a lot being that I’m in the same industry. I will be back thank you for such an a great experience and start to the day !

I had a wonderful experience today. Jojo did a neck, shoulder and head massage before my hair was cut. She did an excellent job. I was so relaxed it was hard to walk afterwards. Lol. She was very compassionate about her job and had a sweet nature. She then washed my hair. Then Annie did the cut which topped the entire experience off. I have been a longtime customer of Annie’s and I can’t say enough about how excellent she is at her job!

Finally found the place I’ve been needing! Kristen took the time to not only listen to what I asked for help, but to completely understand, and go to my hair section by section to make sure that it was exactly what I was envisioning. The communication is unmatched!

I always look forward to coming there and feel so refreshed when I leave. I think I look better too. 😄
