I had a 30-minute facial with Sierra today and it was incredible from start to finish. She was super gentle, even when using the extraction tool—which is rare and really appreciated. The session felt much longer in the best way possible—she made the most of every minute. The neck and shoulder massage was a nice touch and super relaxing, and she also took the time to share helpful tips and product recommendations to improve my skin moving forward. Definitely the best facial I’ve had, and I’m already look forward to my next visit!

my experience at jade salon was nothing but great, i was parched upon arrival and they had this lovely refreshing fruity water. i then went for consultation with erin and jazmine and they did an incredible job helping me figure out exactly what i wanted. i asked for a fun vibrant color in hopes it wouldn’t be too damaging to my curls and i got just that. the color and cut are beautiful. jazmine did my haircut and i was hesitant at first to go to anyone other than erin because she’s been doing my cuts for a while. needless to say i was pleased, i feel incredible. thank you guys for a wonderful experience

I loved the service and Stewart. However I did not enjoy the room in which I had my service. It\'s all black and very dark and the lights were blinding me while I was lying. That is why I always scheduled my appointments at Friendly location. The staff and service were great though.

Started out with Stuart getting an eyelash tint and lip treatment. The atmosphere was very relaxing and zen like. I was pleased with the results. Will definitely do it again. Afterwards I went on to get my hair colored and cut with Bailey. She was so nice and easy to talk to. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and did a fantastic job. By the way, she’s a great hair washer, even throws in a little extra head massage. Everything was great, from check in (the girls at the reception desk were so sweet) to check out! This will definitely be my salon moving forward.

I was blow away when I walked in, was immediately greeted, and the most the staff seemed like they enjoyed their job. I was given a free gift of 15% off a service and sample lotion. They had fancy cucumber lemon water, teas, and coffee available. I was captivated by the amazing energy that this red haired woman had and was crossing my fingers that she was my stylist. She was so kind to the older woman before hand that was getting a pixie cut and consistently had a smile on her face. Turns out she was my stylist and her name is Bayleigh! She listened to me when I said I had to leave at 4:40pm and even though she was a little late getting to me she got me out earlier than promised! She is so fun, welcoming, and kind. My hair turned out better than the place I was going to before. I highly recommend this place to anyone! the woman making appoints at this time was incredible at making sure everything went smoothly and was super kind to me. Thank you guys, will be back for all my needs!

I arrived and the salon was one of the most beautiful places I\'d ever been. The nice woman at the front desk wore a big smile on her face and was extremely welcoming and kind, I was immediately taken aback by how amazing this place was. My stylist was Roy and they cut my hair amazingly well-- I\'d never had a haircut so perfectly conform to what I wanted. Roy listened intently and closely to what I wanted done and cut my hair perfectly and I didn\'t even need to give detailed measurements or instructions. I mentioned earlier in my appointment my hair felt heavy and I don\'t know what magic they worked but Roy made it so my hair was light and fluffy, beautiful, and even introduced me to some new products that I absolutely LOVE. Overall, my best hairstyling EVER, and for such a cheap price too? WOW.

Omg!!! You can\'t go wrong with Jade Aveda at Midtown with their events. I had so much fun with Annie Gordon hairstyles. I got a new straightener that also curls my hair. She taught me how to give my hair volume by drying it. Also, showed me how to use my new straightener/curling iron. She also went over all the hair products she used on my hair too. I also got to practice how to style my hair with my new straightener/curl iron too. Plus, they had a savory cup of goodies or a sweet cup of goodies to enjoy during the process. I have been going to Jade Aveda since I was 16 years old. And I won\'t change salons. They do haircuts, waxing and facials. Hope you try them out!!! The staff is amazingly sweet, friendly and helpful.

My husband and I attended the Open House last night. It was meticulously planned. The food was beyond amazing. There were great product discounts. The adorable bud vases with rooted plants as a thank you gift & box of goodies for spending $100 took this event over the top.

Tonight, was their Winter Mixer. It was amazing!!! Had so much fun and got to meet some new ladies that have joined the Jade Aveda team too. I can\'t wait to try my new products. Kate and Annie did an amazing job!!! Their team are awesome too! You can\'t go wrong with Jade Aveda. I will say I like the Midtown location much better than the friendly location. I got to try some new products out tonight too. I add these products to my Christmas list too. Very friendly staff!! Absolutely love my salon and spa time at Jade Aveda.
